Position: Marketing Executive
Qualification: BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field, MBA strongly preferred
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description:
BRANDS
Ø As a key member of Pet Care Marketing team who will be highly motivated to lead innovative pull marketing programs with target brands. He/ She will lead aligned distribution channel partners and sales team to create integrated sustainable business model that drive our, engagement, connections and ultimately business growth.
Ø The position requires strong partnership with multiple Zonal team. He/She must demonstrate prioritization skills to manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectations, a great working knowledge of overall business. In particular, the role will need strong performance communication skills to drive growth.
COMMUNICATIONS
Ø Create informative and interesting content and related marketing materials.
Ø Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
Ø Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, exhibitions and promotions. Ø Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
Ø Building on the business strategy for India, plan for and implement creative, effective tactics that differentiate the company from the competition and align with the overarching marketing communications strategy supporting all our BUs
Ø Generate compelling, engaging content to support a content-driven integrated strategy.
Ø Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) and digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics.
Ø Responsible for media plan, editorial calendar and internal and external communications as related to area of responsibility
Ø Developing materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches, campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows and events.
Ø Creating and maintaining project plans to successfully move all projects forward in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner.
Ø Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team and externals agencies to help leverage and
optimize the websites, e-marketing tools, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media channels, PR and other digital marketing tactics.
Ø Handing E-com in terms of reports, listing and communication across market place.
