Job Description
Job Purpose: As a Marketing Executive specializing in Below-the-Line (BTL) activities for the E-Waste Recycling industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and initiatives to raise awareness about our e-waste recycling services and drive customer engagement.
Job Duties:-
BTL Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement below-the-line marketing strategies to effectively promote our e-waste recycling services to target audiences. This includes identifying key channels, tactics, and messaging to reach and engage potential customers.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, exhibitions, trade shows, workshops, and other offline activities. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Collateral Development: Create engaging marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for BTL campaigns. Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all materials.
Partner and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders to explore co-marketing opportunities and increase brand visibility. Build and maintain relationships to support business growth
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Profile:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of BTL marketing techniques, including events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials and collateral.
Assist in the preparation of market reports and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
