Responsibilities:
• E-tender Management:Handle the end-to-end process of E-tendering, including bid submission, documentation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and prepare competitive bids.Ensure timely submission of bids and monitor the outcome of the tender process.Stay updated with the latest E-tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
• E-auction Strategy:Develop and implement strategies to participate in E-auctions effectively.
• Identify potential auctions and evaluate their suitability for the organization.Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to make informed bidding decisions.Monitor auction results and provide insights for future auctions.
• Marketing and Sales Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on E-tender and E-auction processes.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on E-tender and E-auction activities, including performance metrics and insights.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide recommendations based on analysis to optimize bidding strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on E-tender and E-auction processes.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the E-tendering and E-auction platforms and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Knowledge of the marketing and sales process is a plus.
