Needs to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager to build a lasting digital connection with segments and target audience
Plan, executive and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
Launch optimized online ads through Google AdWords, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, HubSpot etc.)
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Generating reports for marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
Create and update the Market Research file
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Creation and maintaining OPLs and Standards set by the marketing team.
Skills and Requirements

Basic understanding of Marketing Automation tools and its usage like HubSpot, Salesforce, & Marketo
Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net In sight, Web Trends etc.)

Education, Certification & Work Experience
Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing – Preferred MBA in Marketing
Certification: Certifications are mandatory they help demonstrate professional competency (Google Digital Marketing Certificate, HubSpot certification, Social Media Marketing Certificates or Equivalent)
Work Experience: Freshers to 3 years work experience
