Role Definition / Purpose
Desired candidate should co-ordinate, manage and support the daily marketing functions and initiatives within the company. He/She should have working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. He/ She will play a crucial role in implementing our marketing strategy across both digital and traditional marketing channels
Responsibilities / Deliverables
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Management and accuracy of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion
• Liaising with internal and external teams including design team, sales team and senior management.
• Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position.
Tasks / Activities
Daily Activities:
• Create master accounts for client/dealers on sales request.
• Ensure smooth working of CRM
• Create and tag leads for various marketing related events like - Roadshows/ Seminars / Conferences / Workshop, etc.
Weekly Activities:
• Review open opportunity report & send to ZSMs
• Share status of leads with marketing department on weekly basis
Monthly/Quarterly Activities:
• Share open & lost order report with Managers
• Train on usage of CRM
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels (PPC, search, SEO, etc.)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and Marketing Software (CRM)
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and astute attention to detail
Creativity and commercial awareness
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience
Maximum experience of 2 years only. Fresher with a relevant marketing background can be considered (please note this is a junior level position)
Education
Graduate (BSc /BCom/ BA) with Marketing degree or diplom
