Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Feedback Calling: Conducting surveys and feedback calls to gather valuable insights from customers and prospects, and reporting findings to the marketing team.
• Mailers: Assisting in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials to engage and inform our target audience.
• Content Development: Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and website.
• PPT Preparation: Designing visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring consistency with the brand's identity.
• Event Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events, including exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
• Social Media: Assisting in the management and growth of our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
• Market Research: Conducting research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Analytics: Assisting in the collection and analysis of data related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a passion for marketing and content creation.
• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
