Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves reading First Information Reports (FIRs) and traveling to various locations such as police stations and clients' homes to collect necessary documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal documents, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and analyze FIRs to understand the specifics of each case.
Travel to police stations to gather additional information and documents related to FIRs.
Visit clients' homes or offices to collect documents necessary for case preparation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all legal and personal documents collected.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and police department personnel.
Ensure accurate and timely collection of all required documents.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior advocates based on the information gathered.
Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all documents meet the necessary requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role; experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of legal documentation, especially pertaining to criminal law.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively as required by the job.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Law, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
