Key Responsibilities:

Creatives:
• Design and produce engaging and on-brand graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
Advertising (Ads):
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our homestays, special offers, and events.
• Create compelling email content and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Segment email lists and personalize communications for targeted audiences.
Website Management:
• Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, promotions, and information.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior, and implement improvements.
