Job Summary :
Looks Salon is looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic
team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective
marketing strategies to promote the salon’s services, products, and brand. The ideal candidate will
have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong
understanding of marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Looks Salon’s services, products, and special offers.
• Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to create compelling content, both online and offline, that aligns with the salon’s brand identity.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including print, digital, and social media advertising, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage the salon’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO to improve online visibility.
• Coordinate events, in-salon promotions, and partnerships with influencers or beauty brands to boost footfall and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform future marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and client outreach for promotions and updates.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including salon staff and product partners, to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment (ROI).
• Build relationships with local media outlets, beauty influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the salon’s presence in the market.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
