We are seeking energetic and creative Marketing Executives to join our team at our Noida office. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, and drive substantial revenue growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance NASCA’s market presence, leveraging your skills in social media marketing, data mining, and customer relationship management.
Your ability to craft compelling presentations, communicate effectively, and think strategically will be key in helping NASCA achieve its business goals.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the education sectors.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• Experience with event marketing and coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of current education trends and the NEP 2020 framework is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with NASCA's mission and business objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and strategies for revenue growth.
Campaign Creation and Execution:
• Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote NASCA’s educational programs and services across various platforms.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow NASCA’s social media presence by creating engaging content and running targeted campaigns across platforms like , Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Monitor and report on social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Utilise CRM tools to manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Develop personalised marketing approaches to enhance client engagement and retention.
Content Development and Brand Messaging:
• Work closely with the content team to create compelling and informative marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and blogs.
• Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all marketing touch points.
Event Marketing and Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, workshops, and school-based initiatives to promote NASCA’s offerings.
• Develop marketing collateral for events and engage with potential clients and partners.
Data Mining and Market Research:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new market opportunities.
• Leverage data mining techniques to extract insights from customer behaviour and campaign performance to optimise marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting and Optimisation:
• Track and report key marketing metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and return on investment (ROI).
• Use analytical tools to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose improvements.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with the product development, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Client Engagement and Networking:
• Engage directly with schools, institutions, and educational partners to promote NASCA’s services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, managing leads and nurturing partnerships.
