To take part in implementing the marketing strategies formulated by the management and carry out proper reporting to help the management with evaluation and corrections to achieve the organization’s marketing goal.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
Upload/Schedule posts on all platforms as per the monthly calendars.
Acknowledge online inquiries received through social media and take necessary actions to close the inquiry, and process it further to the team.
Carrying out engagement activities as per the strategy.
Shooting appropriate videos for social media like site videos, and project videos.
Publishing blogs on the website backend.
Reach out to the target audience through various social media platforms and introduce Viom Lifestyles.
Email Marketing
Create and Schedule a newsletter as per the monthly calendar.
Acknowledge replies and inquiries received through the newsletter and take necessary actions.
Ecommerce
Acknowledge online inquiries received through the eCommerce website and take necessary actions to convert the order.
Coordinate with customer and logistics team in case of any missing or false information for an order.
Get feedback for orders and service from customers.
Objection handling.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly reports of website visitors through near analytics.
Prepare a fortnightly report on social media platforms.
Prepare monthly reports of newsletter campaigns.
Research
Research tools and ways to enhance or automate workflows wherever possible.
