We're looking for an energetic candidate to become our one-person Sales & Marketing Department. Sales is the engine that keeps our business growing and till now it was managed by the founder. We're now looking for an all-rounder, go-getter to carry the ball.
In this position, you will develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, develop sales strategies, maintain customer relations, and create sales reports.
To ensure success as a Marketing Executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
As a marketing executive, you'll need to:
• Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Find new channels of marketing and plan on how to use those for lead generation
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns – Google Ad Campaigns, Email Marketing, Online marketplaces
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Write and proofread marketing copy for campaigns
• Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts – with the help of the content & design team
• Overlook the social media channels
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Write and send proposals for generated leads
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure
With experience, you'll need to:
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and, SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
• Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
• Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
