About this Job:
Looking for a marketing associate who can assist in the planning and implementation of all marketing and advertising activities onsite. In order to secure this role, the candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the complete marketing mix and should have an analytical mind. Experience in offline marketing including branding is required.
Candidates should possess understanding of the lead management process and should possess the ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
Job Description:
• Manage daily marketing tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Tracking, managing and updating the customer lead status at the project site
• Coordination with vendors for marketing activities including printing, outdoor, gifting etc
• Maintaining & tracking marketing purchase orders and payments
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Job Requirement
• 3-4 years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Experience in working with OOH & print media vendors
• Knowledge of microsoft office - including MS Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Graduate degree in Marketing or relevant fields
