Job Description
A Retail Marketing executive will support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, contribute to the development of marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in support of the marketing team lead and in alignment with business objectives.
• Handling the trade marketing activities in the particular regions.
• On-ground execution and supervision of marketing promotions, campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events.
• Ensuring in-time availability of POSM (Point of Sale Marketing) and collateral by managing a pool of vendors and negotiating on rates with them.
• Ensuring timely & successful execution of POS (Point of sale) & merchandising material through retail teams.
• Plan and coordinate activities prior to launch.
• Responsible for identification of new markets / channels.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing regular updates to the marketing team lead.
• Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from the market and provide the feedback to the marketing team.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as retail teams and product development, to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry best practices, and new marketing technologies.
Candidate Profile
• At least 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign execution.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market research data.
• Should work effectively in a team environment.
• Out of the box thinking to develop new ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Should be able to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
