Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support our branding, client communication, and promotional efforts in the diamond industry. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, a good understanding of B2B or B2C marketing in luxury goods, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing marketing strategies for promoting loose diamonds or diamond jewellery.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, and sales) for marketing alignment.
Maintain and update the company’s product catalog, brochures, website, and social media content.
Help organize trade shows, exhibitions (like IIJS), and client meetings.
Handle client communication for product promotions, sample sharing, and follow-ups.
Support digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and basic social media promotions.
Prepare reports on marketing activities, ROI, and competitor analysis.
Manage database of clients, buyers, and industry contacts.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with a basic understanding of luxury branding.
Proficient in MS Office, Canva or design tools (optional), and email marketing tools.
Knowledge of the diamond trade, 4Cs, and grading terms is an added advantage.
Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele and international buyers.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing; experience in the diamond, jewellery, or luxury goods industry is preferred.
Fluency in English; Gujarati/Hindi/local language based on location is a plus.
