Job Description
The Marketing Executive will require a includes excellent communication skills, an aggressive and proactive approach, excellent people skills, clear knowledge of marketing channels, with the ability to project manage, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and monthly marketing plans
Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences and competition, new campaign and product ideas
Coordinate promotional activities, events and campaigns
Coordination and managing production of collateral and other marketing material
Coordination with agencies to ensure their timelines are met with for smooth execution
Supporting marketing teams and agencies with required briefings and brand assets
Organizing and maintaining brand assets for marketing teams and agencies for easy access
Execution of digital marketing, direct messaging and CRM campaigns on the respective platforms and channels
Maintaining digital hygiene across platforms like Zomato/ Google/ etc
Managing, maintaining and improving relationships with vendors, agencies and partners
Proofread and write creative copy for campaigns and marketing channels
Manage and update databases on CRM system
Monitor budgets and compile reports
Ensure processes, formats and timelines are adhered to
Coordinate and maintain contracts, invoices, POs and payments
Maintain 24 TAT for digital ORM on social platforms and ensure queries are addressed
Prepare presentations and reports for analysis and new ideas
Requirement:
Degree-level qualification in a hospitality and/or marketing field
Proficient in MS Office and other marketing tools
Minimum 2 years' experience in a brand marketing role having managed multiple marketing vendors and agencies
Knowledge of international markets, social trends, latest happenings in the industry
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Keen eye for detail with content, copy, design, and aesthetics
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
Passion for hospitality and/or food as an industry and marketing as a function

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
