Experience Required:
• Atleast 2-4 years' experience in a similar position in Marketing in a large operation or with a creative agency
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and its usage
• Strong writing skills and problem-solving skills and experience with cross-functional coordination and agency management.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communications
List of Responsibilities:
• Help develop and manage marketing plans along with the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis with clear targets in mind
• Developing a unique community culture through organizing client events and community engagement events
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing execution
• Manage all aspects of execution with external agencies - content, design, PR and social media campaigns
• Execute successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media ads and posts, website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups- should be able to candidly capture photos and write apt copies for posting online.
• Leverage existing partnerships for revenue generation and developing strategic partnership opportunities, in collaboration with the brand and sales goals
• Support Sales teams to drive lead generation and retention
• Should be well versed with graphic designing and basic video editing skills
• Produce/Manage Content Marketing efforts across website content and copy, social media posts and our official blog; Content development for WorkEZ website and blog posts; draft press releases
• Experiment with organic and paid channels across Content Marketing, Events, Social Media, Influencer Marketing & PR
• Track and Measure the success of campaigns across channels, report the ROI and performance to the management team
• Build media relationships with city-pages editors and business, HR, real estate, and policy reporters to drive media coverage for the company
