Job description
Team Consulting is an employee-owned, award-winning device design and development consultancy. We focus solely on medical devices, supporting international clients from large pharmaceutical companies to start ups.

Our clients come to us for all stages of medical device development. By combining our expertise and experience in design, engineering, and human factors, we help our clients develop medical devices from early concept through to commercial launch.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive - Content to join our industry-leading team of marketing professionals. The role will focus on supporting the production for Team Consulting’s content.

Besides your experience in marketing, you should be well organised with a methodical approach and able to juggle multiple projects while remaining adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Having an appreciation for idyllic countryside and beautiful workspaces wouldn’t hurt either – we are based in a 13th century barn after all.

What you'll be doing:
• helping with the creation of external content to promote key business activities, supporting staff in content creation, including blogs, conference presentations, external publications and website content
• managing our award entry deadlines and helping to prepare content for submissions, from video creation to product photography
• producing detailed reports on the activities in the above areas and the impact they have achieved and present to different stakeholders in the business
• creating externally facing newsletters

Requirements

What we need from you:
• a good relevant degree (2.1 or above)
• Minimum of one year experience in B2B marketing, acquired while working with a fast paced marketing team (e.g. during an internship while pursuing your academic studies).
• excellent writing and editing skills
• experience and solid background in the full marketing mix, including; events, copy writing and design
• a skilled design eye – noticing the critical details and ensuring compliance with best practice
• a good understanding of the area of industry we work in

Desirable
• experience in life sciences/medical/pharmaceutical or a related area
• experience of marketing within a product development and/or consultancy organisation
• excellent proofreading skills
• a flare for creating engaging content
• CIM Advanced Certificate or Diploma
