Job Responsibilities:
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
• Submit work to editors for input and approval.
• Coordinate with vendors and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department.
• Plan, develop, and implement our SEO strategies.
• Determine the most important SEO KPIs.
• Contribute information and ideas to the strategy process.
• Work with top management.
• Working closely with the marketing team to implement an integrated marketing. strategy for exhibitions, conferences, and campaigns.
• Market research and analysis are used to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures.
• Identify potential exhibits related to our industry.
• Ensuring websites are fully up to date with the latest information.
• Coordination of design and production of marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails, etc.
• Participates in the review of marketing activities.
• Effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
• Coordinating and preparing content, design, social media marketing, and other activities.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Preparation of monthly newsletters based on projects, events, and discussions with higher authority/marketing head.
Requirements (experience/skills):
• Digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Schooling must be from an ICSE/CBSE/Convent background.
• Photoshop/illustrator/Canva.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and Google AdWords.
• Basic understanding of website administration.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethics.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
