Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing various field operations and activities on behalf of the organization. Your primary role will involve interacting with clients/customers representing the company's products & services, conducting surveys, collecting data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations:
• Conduct field visits to interact with clients, customers, or stakeholders as assigned.
• Promote and demonstrate the organization's products or services to potential customers.
• Collect customer feedback, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or complaints.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and activities in the field.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the organization during field interactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the relevant teams or supervisors.
Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding the organization's products or services.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues or addressing customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities or areas for improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or additional education are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices, applications, and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the industry or market related to the organization's products or services is beneficial.
• Flexibility to travel and work in various locations as required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
