Job Description
· Ability to develop short-term (3 to 6 months) and long-term (2 to 3 yr) strategic sales plans and develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels.
· Basic Knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like Pathology, Radiology.
· Healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors.
· Solution selling in the field of diagnostic services like Sonography, Spirometry, Digital OPG.
· Solid decision making capabilities - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors.
· Ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first.
· Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, etc.)
