Job Responsibilities : -
• Contact potential parents / partners to inform them about school using scripts to provide information about the highlights and benefits of enrolling their ward / wards.
• Attend meeting, events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Implementing all BTL activities for the Institute
• Participate on behalf of the school in exhibitions or conferences
• Meet personal and team admission targets
• Proactively lead a joint partner (SSP School Service Provider) planning process that develops mutual performance objectives.
• Drive adoption of our programs among partners (SSP)
• Research accounts and generate new partners (SSP)
• Maintain and expand partner (SSP) base within your assigned territory / market / geography
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Create branding opportunities and on ground activations.
• Create & maintain healthy relationships with RWAs and organising engagement activities in societies and residential areas around the school
• Identifying high footfall areas like Malls etc and putting up stalls there to enhance the visibility of the school & generate footfalls for the school
• Meeting Parents in schools or outside, house calls if required, to educate them about the Schools vision and highlights
• Keep a Track & provide regular updates about other schools in the vicinity.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven track record of successfully meeting admission targets by converting leads into prospects and maximizing footfalls
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Availability to travel as needed
Qualification & Experience :
• Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
• Desired experience of 3+ years in handling the similar role
• Excellent convincing skills
• Good at Market Research etc.
Compensation : not a constraint for the right candidate
