To achieve budgeted sales and collection targets as per the ABP in the most cost-effective way.To identify opportunities to develop new markets and improve the market share vis-à-vis competition.To plan and effect timely deliveries to the customers.To ensure timely collection of outstanding payment and C Forms from the customers.To provide regular MIS to the Business Head, and to other concerned departments, as per the requirement.To effectively manage the distribution network and provide necessary support and guidance to the Distributor to improve market share.To make periodic visits to customers in the assigned territory to maintain harmonious relationship.To help implement various initiatives of the company like ERP, ISO, etc… To support and liaison for group company activities at respectiveExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, energetic and passion for excellence. Performance oriented, Active listening, Reporting Skill
Language- Proficiency in English & Hindi. Any foreign language will be an added
advantage.
Experience- 2 to 4 years
Qualification- B.SC /M.Sc. (Chemistry)/BE / B. Tech (Chemical / Mechanical
Engineering) + PG in Marketing/MBA/MMS
