Job Purpose:
As a Marketing Associate, you'll have the chance to be involved in every aspect of the marketing mix, from product launches to customer retention campaigns. You'll be constantly learning, experimenting, and adapting your approach to stay ahead of the curve and drive the success of our brand.
Responsibilities :
1. Take keen part in company's social media accounts and create content to drive engagement and increase followers.
2. Create and schedule social media content across various platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
3. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
4. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
5. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
6. Monitor market trends and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
Experience :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, content writing, or related fields.
2. 1+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields.
3. Proven track record of success in event planning, content creation, and social media marketing.
4. Experience with marketing automation tools such as Buffer/Later, or HubSpot.
5. Experience with website management and lead generation.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
7. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to derive insights from data, and turn insights into action.
Competencies:
1. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
2. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
3. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
4. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
