About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Market the full range of the company's services in assigned regions
2. Manage quality and consistency of services
3. Prepare pre-plans and update MOM after each sales visit
4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
6. Prepare proposals based on the customer's requirements
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
8. Identify and resolve client concerns
9. Prepare a variety of sales reports
10. Communicate new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department managers
11. Liaise with the customer services team to ensure we achieve customer satisfaction
12. Participate in sales meetings, and attend trade exhibitions in India
