Job Description
We are seeking a Visual Content Creator to join our creative team full-time. This is a dual-role position that requires proficiency in both video editing and video production (shooting). You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and on-brand visual content from start to finish—concept, shoot, edit, and publish.
You’ll collaborate with our marketing and content teams to produce a wide variety of videos, including promotional content, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, social media reels, product demos, tutorials, and event coverage. This is a highly creative and hands-on role for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video and understands the balance between creativity and strategic brand alignment.
Video Production (Shooting):
• Plan and execute video shoots across various formats including interviews, promotional videos, tutorials, and live events.
• Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Scout locations and prepare shoot setups (indoor/outdoor).
• Direct talent and crew during shoots to ensure high-quality footage.
• Maintain and organize video production equipment.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, and animations as needed.
• Perform color grading, audio mixing, and basic visual effects.
• Export final assets in required formats for web, social, and broadcast.
Content Strategy & Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Contribute creative ideas to storyboards, scripts, and video concepts.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, editing tools, and social media formats.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse video projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder).
• Hands-on experience with camera gear (DSLRs/mirrorless, gimbals, microphones, lighting kits).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, pacing, and narrative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable directing talent and working with teams in a dynamic environment.
