Job Description
• years of experience - 0-2 years
• Call new leads obtained from lists, referrals, and advertising programmes.
• Call leads that have already been contacted.
• Set appointments with the business development sales manager or director of business development to discuss the programme and ultimately close qualified leads.
• Use email to follow up with leads and/or confirm appointments.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go above and beyond to engage customers
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
• Warmly greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Advise on company information; and, when appropriate, suggest solutions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• a positive, can-do attitude;
• the ability to connect and make a good impression on the first call
• the ability to handle rejection gracefully and move on to the next call
• more than a year of experience in customer service or experience as a client service representative.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and efficiently manage time.
• Customer-focused attitude and capacity to adapt to/respond to various personalities.
