Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and videos that align with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships to build brand loyalty and community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to social media strategies based on analytics.
• Tele Calling:
• Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Present products/services in a clear and compelling way to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions with clients in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights during calls to support marketing efforts.
• Video Editing:
• Edit videos for social media, website, and promotional content.
• Create engaging video content for campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the video content aligns with overall branding and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends and incorporate creative editing techniques to enhance video quality.
• Poster Design:
• Design eye-catching and on-brand posters, flyers, and other marketing materials for both digital and print use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional material for upcoming events, sales, or campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
• Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create designs.
• General Marketing Support:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and print.
• Help brainstorm new marketing ideas and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and campaign execution.
• Experience in tele calling or customer service (sales experience is a plus).
• Video editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Graphic design skills with experience in creating posters, flyers, and digital content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, and best practices is a plus.
