Position Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our telecommunication equipment products and services. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong background in marketing principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
• Content Creation:
• Develop compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media accounts.
• Create and manage PPC campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Organize and coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information and insights.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, including campaign performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Track expenses and report on budget performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and tools.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
