Designation: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Executive to join our non-profit organization, which focuses on serving individuals with special needs. As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mission, raising awareness, and driving engagement with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate the impact of our organization's work and drive support from various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies for special needs programs and services.
• Cultivate media relationships and draft communication materials.
• Plan and promote fundraising events and community programs.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Collaborate with program and fundraising teams.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance.
• Visit schools colleges, and corporate offices for promotion and engagement.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions and corporate organizations.
• Conduct educational workshops and presentations.
• Attend networking events and engage with the community.
• Enhance online presence through social media and website content.
• Share testimonials and success stories.
• Establish volunteer and ambassador programs.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
• Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (relevant experience will be considered)
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create compelling content (written, visual, and multimedia) that resonates with target audiences
• Experience in event planning and promotion is a plus
• Understanding of special needs individuals and their unique challenges is desirable
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on data analysis and optimization
• Passion for social impact and making a difference in the lives of special needs individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
