Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and partner network expansion for our Payroll group products (Saral HRM / Saral PayPack) in the West region. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing, on-ground promotion, and relationship management with associations and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels such as calls, events, partner networks, and digital platforms.
Identify and connect with HR, Payroll, and Accounting professionals to promote our products.
Partner Development:
Appoint and on board Referral Partners (RPs) and maintain active engagement for business generation.
Manage and support referral partner activities to ensure consistent lead flow.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
Conduct structured cold calling and follow-ups to potential prospects and partners.
Maintain a lead tracker and provide regular updates to the Reporting Head.
Association Engagement:
Represent the company in industry associations, meetings, and local HR/Payroll forums.
Build and maintain tie-ups with professional associations for co-branded marketing initiatives.
Events & Branding Activities:
Plan and participate in seminars, expos, and promotional events to enhance brand presence.
Support in execution of marketing campaigns, collateral distribution, and other regional branding activities.
Market Intelligence:
Collect feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Coordination:
Submit weekly activity reports and campaign outcomes.
Coordinate with the sales and implementation team for lead conversion follow-up.
Required Skills & Experience:
2 to 5 years of marketing or business development experience (preferably in IT, SaaS, HRMS, or Payroll domain).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, energetic, and willing to travel within the region.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
Education:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
