Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to promote company products
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and purchase departments
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
1–4 years of experience in field marketing/sales (preferably in medical or pharma industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Basic knowledge of medical equipment is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven
