Job Description – Marketing (Executive/ Sr. Executive)
Position Summary
Pentax Engineering Pvt Ltd is Engineering Company established in the year 1+78 having 20 crore turnover. Since inception the company has been growing steadily. The company believes in professional management and qualified professionals are appointed at all levels.
It specializes into end-to-end solutions that include Design, Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of highly sophisticated and reliable systems, for Plant Safety and Control.
The Gas Detection & Monitoring Systems designed, manufactured and commissioned by us play a significant role in detecting accidental leakages of potentially hazardous, combustible and toxic gases, thereby ensuring the safety of plant personnel and critical equipment.
Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible to play a crucial role in promoting the products and services of the organization.
To research the market and works towards marketing the products in that particular industrial sector area so that the company earns maximum revenue.
Marketing (Executive / Sr.Executive) also needs to be present during the seminars, conferences, meetings, etc.
Accountable for ensuring that the product reaches maximum customers to make maximum business for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- He should have the experience in a companies like Sales & Marketing of above systems
- Should be able to handle all types of Enquiries, Tenders, Sales promotion activities, Digital Marketing and
Contracts for projects.
- Preparing detailed information documents and marketing materials related to products and services.
- To be involved in supporting the outbound activities like customer and field engagements by scheduling technical workshops, doing product demonstration and implementing the virtualization solutions
- Maintaining pricing information on specific products. Conceptualising strategies to market products generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience.
- To Promotes products and services of the organizations and to create demonstrations that highlight the key values of the product so as to aid in better market penetration of new technologies and features
- To analyse and figure out the strategies to boost the revenue while ensuring these strategies are aligned with the needs of the customers as well as the market demand
- To create, update and present marketing collateral that includes technical presentations, data sheets, case studies, etc.
- To gain information about the position of the organization in the market as well as tries to get feedback about the products from the clients
Required Skills
- Technical & Soft skills o Should have electronic product experience o Good in Communication skills - Speaking (Clarity, Calm, Tone, Listening, Maturity) o Should have strategic technical thinking and a good business understanding. o Problem solving and self-motivated proven attitude. o Should have the ability to work independently and make decisions in unstructured work environment
- Behavioural o Communication and interpersonal skills are a must. o Open Minded and flexible to adapt changes. o Enthusiasm and Natural curiosity for technology o Proactive ,Ownership, Flexibility ,Work Ethics, Patience
