STAC Fine Jewellery is a young ecommerce start up launched in April 2018 with the vision of creating fine jewellery in 18 kt gold that can be worn everyday. You can learn more at www.stacfinejewellery.com. We are looking for someone with a creative mind and excited for a challenge to spear head and execute our social media.
Job profile:
The work will be focused on creating and executing a well thought through marketing plan including the imagery, content and communication.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
• Setting short-term and long-term strategies along with measurable goals to increase followers, customer engagement and generate leads
• Business and Marketing Analytics
• Developing and executing monthly marketing campaigns
• Event Strategy and coordination
Marketing channels to be managed:
• Whatsapp Marketing – strategy, tracking and execution
• Social Media Marketing
• Affiliate Marketing – Building out and promoting the affiliate marketing program
• Referral Marketing – Promoting, tracking and marketing the referral program
• Performance Marketing – Coordinating with the digital ads agency and execution of ads if required
Social Media Management
• Calendar planning across all social media channels
• Maintaining Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Linkedin and Twitter accounts
• Execution: Posting, market research, hashtag management and competitor analysis
• Responding to customer queries as and when required
Outreach
• Identifying and communication with other brands and influencers for collaborations
• Identifying and executing community outreach programs for the brand
• Outreach to various PR houses
Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years marketing experience with a consumer brand, especially social media
• Basic photography / editing skills is a bonus
• Written and oral English proficiency
• Working knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics is a bonus
• Interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry
• Up to date and informed on the latest social media trends
• Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
• Basic understanding of MS Office and Google Docs
