Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Offee. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our Digital exam platform (offline) and SaaS products to our target audience, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
• Manage and oversee the production of all marketing materials, including content creation, design, and distribution.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales and marketing materials and strategies that support revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and partners to promote the Offee brand.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimization.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
• Continuously identify and experiment with new marketing tactics and strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Use experience and best practice to create a marketing strategy focused on positioning BLC in the top segment of colleges, coaching institutes, universities and other targeted clients.
• Responsible for training, managing and leading agencies, interns and on ground team members to ensure seamless delivery of leads.
Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and targeting.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
