Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
• Coordinate and attend events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
