Job Description
They would work directly with the content and design team to ensure that all marketing vertical and channels work in uniformity to deliver results.
They should have experience with campaign setup, optimisation, and tracking and the ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Conducts detailed keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, and adds negative keywords to ensure campaigns are highly targeted.
• Implements bid and budget management strategies to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment.
• Sets up conversion tracking to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
• Conducts audience targeting research and sets up audiences for testing and targeting.
• Provides suggestions on landing pages to improve conversion rates and optimize campaign performance.
• Conducts competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Creates ads that use pattern interrupt images to capture attention and drive engagement.
• Designs ad creatives that are Facebook/Google/Instagram compliant and are highly persuasive and engaging.
• Creates retargeting campaigns to drive conversions from past visitors and customers.
• Conducts A/B testing to optimize campaigns for the best results.
• Sets up and manages Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Conducts targeted audience research to ensure that campaigns are highly targeted and effective.
• Sets up and manages lookalike audience campaigns to drive new traffic and sales.
• Optimizes new and old campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and campaign success.
• Sets up and installs Facebook Pixel to accurately track and report on campaign performance.
• Works closely with the creative specialist to ensure that ad creatives are highly effective and aligned with campaign goals.
Skills:
• Have experience with Google, Facebook and Affiliate Ad campaigns
• Have experience using tools like MoEngage / WebEngage and MMPs - Adjust / Branch / Singular
