Marketing Executive:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in tele marketing who are looking to build a successful career in sales.
Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
Collecting data and approaching new Clients.
Calling and communicating with clients.
Consistently working on marketing objectives through marketing tools like Whatsapp, SMS, Social media.
Building and maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
Keeping accurate records of sales activities via data analysis and weekly reviews.
Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement to the sales team
Collaborating with team members and other departments to meet sales goals
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students and event attendees.
Lead management: Follow Up with collected leads and maintain a lead database.
Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and achieves revenue targets.
Team relationship: Assist other team members, reporting manager, and company in jointly achieving revenue targets and running awareness campaigns. Achieve monthly revenue goals.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in tele marketing or sales
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Graduated as BBA, BMM, BCom, Etc.
