Job description

We are looking for a talented Business Marketing Development Executive, Associate, and Manager for our Edtech organization.

• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client management

• 2 years plus experience as a Business Development Associate, or BDE

• A minimum of 5years of experience are required for BDM.

• Max Budget: Excellent hike on current CTC

Roles and responsibilities

1. Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management andFaculty at colleges and educational institutes through email, telephone, or face-to-faceconversations.2. Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for conducting events.and promotions at colleges across the country in line with the overall organizationalobjectives.3. Target achievement: Take complete ownership of the event management process, planevents and attendance for specific events, and achieve the target audience engagement.4. Negotiate with college administration, faculty, and student bodies for business development.and brand building5. Mobilize the student groups for college events, initiatives, and programs.6. Conceptualize and manage advertising & brand campaigns across media: print, OOH, and BTL.activities like branded vans, mall activations, RWA, event stalls, agency activations, & brandingetc.7. Build partnerships through institutional tie ups

Desired Candidate Profile

• High achievers and those with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Candidates must be from Delhi or the surrounding areas.

• A top-tier college diploma is desirable.

• Availability to travel throughout Uttar Pradesh

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales and client management skills, as well as business development experience

• proven ability to operate in a varied team

• Outstanding writing and spoken communication abilities
