Experience: 1–2 years (Industrial sector preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our industrial marketing efforts, with a focus on lead generation, campaign management, and data handling. The ideal candidate will have some experience in B2B/industrial marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Lead Generation
Research and identify potential customers across target industries
Maintain and update lead databases using Excel and/or CRM tools
Qualify basic information before passing leads to the sales team
Email Marketing & Campaigns
Create and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar tools)
Draft professional email communication for outreach
Track open rates, responses, and engagement metrics
Marketing Coordination
Assist in developing basic marketing materials (with design support if needed)
Follow up on leads from exhibitions, events, or campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, presentations, and client info packs
Reporting & Data Handling
Compile weekly/monthly reports of marketing activity
Work on basic Excel dashboards for lead and campaign tracking
Highlight trends or insights from lead data and responses
Requirements:
1–2 years of marketing or business development experience (industrial/B2B sector preferred)
Strong written and spoken English
Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data handling
Familiarity with email tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
Comfortable with online research and using LinkedIn, directories, etc., for lead generation
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
