Education :-BBA/ MBA In Marketing
Experience :- 2 to 3 years
Salary :- 4 LPA To 4.5 LPA
Job location :- Pune (Vishrantwadi)

Job Description:-
1. Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
2. Analyzing the performance of the team members & develop sales mailers
3.Building and maintaining long-term customer relations and solving their requirements
4. Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.
5. Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone
6. Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
7. Preparing data of calls and meetings details for future reference
Keeping a track of KPIs
8. Agreement renewals & closure on new agreements/ work orders before start of contract
+. Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
10.Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
11. Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
12. Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date. City, state wise, zone wise notifications etc
13. Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
Coordinating the team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensuring the adequacy of Sales MIS.
14. Act as the primary customer service contact for clients
15. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support if requested.
16. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
17. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:-
Proficiency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
