We are actively looking for the Profile of Marketing Executive/Content Writer - Pune
Establish brand positioning, identify target audience and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
1)Plan and execute marketing programs - CP Meet, Customer Events, Amenity Delivery, Project Launch, Property Expo etc.
2)Analyse current marketing trends in real estate and suggest best practices to improve current marketing process
3)Coordinate with performance marketing agencies for monthly budget and creatives approval, prepare and analyse different reports
4)Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
5)Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
6)Work with external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online /offline activities
7)Lead in creating marketing plans, advertising, online and offline marketing campaigns
8)Support the marketing team in delivering day to day activities
+)Support the sales and CRM teams for their monthly/yearly requirement of creatives, possession activities, market research, vendor coordination etc.
10)Maintain and update customer databases along with marketing inventory
11)Conduct market research and monthly audits for websites, digital platforms
12)Write content for social media campaigns, bogs, marketing collateral
13)Plan and execute social media campaigns across different platforms
14)Vendor/Agencies coordination for procurement of different marketing material
