Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling products to vendors, be target-oriented, and have experience in marketing IT solutions to tech companies and non-tech companies. This role involves meeting with HR representatives of potential clients in the top 10 Indian cities where tech companies are located and presenting our HR portal solution, which is built on Hyperledger blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote our HR portal solution.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the top 10 Indian cities where tech companies are located.
• Meet with HR representatives of potential clients and present our solution.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Onboard new clients by facilitating API integration with their systems to quickly onboard them.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the solution meets the needs of the clients.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Create clusters of clients in specific skill sets such as Data Warehousing companies, Blockchain companies, Mobile App development companies.
• Keep a record of top companies in each skillset in the given cities and across India.
• Work closely with other colleagues to help them create their cluster or assist them in creating clusters.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in selling products to vendors.
• Experience in marketing IT solutions to tech companies and non-tech companies.
• Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Master's degree or minimum graduation in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
Location:
The marketing resources, executives, and managers will be stationed in the top 10 Indian cities where tech companies are more in numbers, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chandigarh.
Salary:
The salary will be competitive and will vary based on the candidate's experience, education, and location. The range for Marketing Executive/Manager in these cities could be between INR 5 to 10 Lakh per annum. Additionally, the salary may include performance-based incentives.
