marketing Executive/Senior Executive:
We are looking for a highly organised, highly motivated,
smart, determined and passionate Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive to join our Marketing team.
The Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive will be providing support and shall report to the Marketing Manager on all marketing tasks.
This role requires meticulous time management and the ability to deliver various tasks on time.
Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through electronic communications such as email social media, website optimisation and personal meetings for all products, services and events. Manage the distribution of marketing material.
Maintain and update the internal CRM (contact management) database. ·
Conduct market and customer research.
Work with the team to develop marketing plans and strategies.
Required to do customer interaction via verbal and personal visits for providing quotations, documentations & generating orders.
Required to do customer interaction for any other Sales & Marketing related work. The personnel will be required to do “office” team interaction for documentations & processing orders. ·
Keep current with professional sector news.
Analyse and monitor competitors and their marketing strategies.
Support the Marketing Manager and other colleagues. ·
Support all departments when required.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures, data protection and health and safety requirements
Fulfil any additional duties as the business may require ·
New Customer Development via verbal communications and personal visits etc. Requirements ·
Microsoft Office skills At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing support role in the Pharmaceutical Company Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers) ·
Required Personnel : Female or Male
Presentation skills.
Marketing research and analytical experience. ·
Verbal Communication Skill:
The employee will be required to communicate with customers over telephone.
Drafting Skill: The employee will be required to communicate with customers over e-mails and professional messages. ·
Languages: The employee should be well versed in speaking and written English. Overall Experience required: 4 – 5 years.
The salary will be commensurate with respect to the personal’s experience and knowledge

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
