Responsibilities
• Daily visit report
• Conducting a new product trial at the customer end
• Responsible for appointing dealers/distributors across the Northern Region (not Central Region)
• Build up a good relationship with all the customers
• Understanding the customer's requirements & developing new products as per customer specifications and market needs
• Responsible for visiting the head office in two months for reconciliation of payment statements & meeting with management on new business development
• Analyses sales trends, forecast demand & timely supply
• Develop sales & marketing strategy to increase market share & strengthen product position in the market
• Meeting business objectives & monitoring team’s performance
• Carryout marketing & branding activity for brand building
• You will be responsible for giving technical support to customers, new product development & handling the customer complaints

Experience: 5-10 years
