Job Description
The Marketing Executive / Trainees in a study in France centre (Namaste France) at a university willbe responsible for promoting and marketing the university's study abroad programs in France to prospective students. They will also be responsible for organizing cultural activities and events toenhance the study abroad experience for students.
The job involves the following responsibilities:
1. Developing marketing plans and strategies to promote the university study abroad
programs in France.
2. Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
3. Planning and organizing cultural activities and events to enhance the study abroad
experience.
4. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of
marketing campaigns and cultural activities.
5. Collaborating with the study abroad team to develop and maintain relationships with
partner institutions and study abroad providers.
6. Participating in recruitment events and fairs to attract prospective students.
7. Student counseling, hand-holding
8. Assisting in the application and visa phase
+. Keeping records of all activities that happen within the department.
Skills
A bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in marketing or organizing cultural activities may be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing channels.
Knowledge of French language and culture is highly desirable.
Experience in studying abroad, particularly in France, may be an advantage.
