Job Description
LoanTap is a leading Fintech company with it's in-house RBI approved NBFC. It is into lending of various customized loan products such as personal loans, holiday loans, wedding loans, e-2 wheeler loans, and so on. It has won multiple awards for it's innovative products and effective marketing campaigns.
The Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for the following activities
• Coordinating with the performance marketing agency for generating high quality leads
• Monitor the campaigns and suggest ways to optimize them
• Ensure correct reports are shared with the relevant stakeholders on timely basis
• Coordinate with agency and tech team for SEO and ASO implementation
• Regular analysis and feedback on lead quality and volume
• Perform regular meetings with operations, credit and tech teams to ensure all marketing activities flow smoothly
• Help the affiliate marketing team with performance inputs
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• Min 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience with lead-gen account management is a plus)
• Sound knowledge of Google Ads, Search Console, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and analytics is must
• Good hands on with Excel (esp. pivots, lookups, and slicer functions)
• Experience with CRM data handling
• Strong analytical skills
