Job Role
Responsible for Lead Generation with defined processes and new initiatives through field sales & field promotional activities.
Responsible to set up meetings and conduct product demos personally and remotely.
Social Media Marketing account management.
Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline, engaging with them at every level of the sales cycle.
Working with Sales leadership, and Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects.
Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers and up-sells.
Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes.
Providing amazing customer service and answering solution related questions.
