Henna Vij - Passionate about understanding expat sensibilities and developing products to ease their adjustment into nomadic life, Henna is an MBA from IIM Bangalore and has 12 years of cumulative experience working for, with, and as an expatriate in global consulting organisations like Accenture, KPMG, HSBC
What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for our Marketing All-in-One Ninja . This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at multi-tasking and thriving in a fast paced environment.
You will dive into various aspects of digital marketing, from content creation to social media management and beyond. Some days you might be ideating on brilliant marketing strategies, while on other days you might be working with the business team to create promotional content and monitoring performances.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, in coordination with business team, to create awareness of the company’s activities on relevant social mediums Website, , Quora, Email campaigns.
• Consistently upskill on specific business activities in global mobility and employer of records to promote the business effectively.
• Ideate, create content, and execute the social media strategy, along with the content, design, and business teams.
• Regularly monitor and draw insights from ongoing marketing activities to better harness the leads. Preparation and regular maintenance of trackers.
• Conduct regular market research to keep abreast of trends, competitor’s marketing movements.
• Regularly ideate and plan changes on website or landing pages for ad campaigns for specific services.
• Plan, execute and monitor targeted email and ad campaigns, leveraging various tools like Snov, Apollo and ads.
• Upskill on the new technologies, tools, and marketing techniques to regularly improve the marketing function and performance.
• Engagement with potential clients on the social platforms, in consultation with the business teams
Qualifications Needed
• Bachelor’s degree, with keen interest in marketing
• Learning attitude and constant upskilling focus most important!
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Good PowerPoint skills and keen observation, if not experience on UI / UX. (any interest-based experience is also preferred on UI / UX, or design tools)
• Strong research, analytical and management skills
