Role: Marketing Communication Designer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Job type: 100% on-site

Key Responsibilities:
Short-term (1-2 years):
• Lead standard design projects – brainstorming / basic direction, interactive feedback to designers, design hygiene and quality checks
• Personally work on key design projects and campaigns – attend briefing discussions, conduct brainstorming sessions, conceptual visualization and creating of collateral individually or together with colleagues
• Understanding of customer business – interact with technical experts and R&D teams to understand engineering concepts and convert them into visually communicative and easy to understand marketing concepts. You will be expected to travel to customer site (within Bangalore) at least once a week. Please note that you will be working with one customer, across different business units
Medium- to long-term (2+ years):
• Achieve a strong understanding of customers’ business unit and ability to lead marketing campaigns and product launches from the communication perspective
• Creatively brainstorm and support the team/agencies to visualize designs and campaigns – carefully balancing technical information and visual delight
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
The following are the results that we would like to have in the studio, as a result of bringing you on board. These will be key criteria in deciding your growth path and future promotions in the studio.
• Customer satisfaction level
• Improvement in marketing metrics of campaigns
• Balance of technical knowledge and creativity
Further goals and objectives, KPIs, and project plans will be discussed in detail during onboarding.
Basic terms of employment:
• Minimum commitment of 2-3 years, but this is a long-term role
• 6 months’ probation (no paid leaves during probation), 3 months’ notice period if employee wishes to terminate the contract.
Skills and tools required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus
• Good understanding of marketing communication
• Excellent communication skills (in English)
• Copywriting is a plus (but not mandatory)
• German language skills are a plus (but not mandatory)
